市監總局：平台二選一及壟斷等問題明顯改善 X

<匯港通訊>       國家市監總局日前發文指，平台經濟領域「二選一」等問題明顯改善。

市監總局指，針對「二選一」等嚴重損害平台內經營者和消費者利益的突出問題，牽頭組織互聯網平台行政指導會及後續覆核核查工作。平台整改工作開展以來，平台「二選一」和壟斷等突出問題改善明顯，價格和不正當競爭問題得到遏制，產品、食品安全水平進一步提升，平台秩序明顯好轉。 

市監總局又指，還制定出台《網絡交易監督管理辦法》，對網絡交易經營者收集使用消費者個人資訊、自動展期續費、發送商業性資訊、搭售商品等行為進行針對性規範，對虛構交易、誤導性展示評價、虛假搶購、虛構流量數據等新型不正當競爭行為進行規制，禁止網絡消費侵權行為，促進網路消費環境持續改善。 (ST)
