<匯港通訊>   金融科技解決方案服務供應商 RC365 Holding plc(倫交所代碼:RCGH.LN,ISIN：GB00BMG8BL95)宣佈在倫敦證券交易所主板首日掛牌交易。

今次上市集資發行合共3253.4591萬股新股,每股普通股發行價格為6.2便士(發行價),估計該集團上市所得款項合共約為200萬英鎊。按發行價計算,該公司市值約為670萬英鎊。
