<匯港通訊>         金斯瑞生物科技(01548)宣布，收購8幢樓宇，位於中國江蘇省鎮江市科技園開發區，總代價2.6億元人民幣(約3.05億元)。

該土地使用權面積約33,653.50平方米，建築面積約54,801.94平方米。該公司擬將該等物業用作集團的工廠，以擴大生物製劑產品的產能，包括良好生產規範(GMP)質粒及病毒載體等。(WH)
