紫金礦業(02899)18億人民幣收購湖南道縣湘源鋰多金屬礦 X

<匯港通訊>           紫金礦業(02899)公布，通過協議轉讓方式，出資17.9996億元人民幣，收購厚道礦業71.1391%股權。

厚道礦業持有湘源鋰多金屬礦採礦權100%權益，原業主以開採錫、鎢等脈狀礦產為主，經過重新評價，該礦為大型雲英岩型低品位鋰礦床，可以大規模露天開採。

該公司與持有厚道礦業剩餘28.8609%股權的股東及實際控制人簽署《合作開發框架協議》，由雙方約定在原厚道礦業基礎上組建礦山開發公司，並合資組建新的鋰冶煉公司。

上述交易完成後，該公司將主導湖南省道縣湘源鋰多金屬礦開發建設及運營，參股下游冶煉公司。(WH)
