內地據報2000億元人民幣保交樓專項借款啟動 X

<匯港通訊>       內地《財新》報道，規模達2000億元人民幣的全國性支持保交樓專項借款啟動，由人民銀行指導國家開發銀行、中國農業發展銀行在現有貸款額度中安排，後續中國進出口銀行或會加入。

報道指，中央財政將根據實際借款金額，對政策性銀行予以1%的貼息，貼息期限不超過兩年。

有關專項借款採取城市統借統還模式，即以城市為單位借入、使用及償還，專項借款計入地方政府債務。  （BC)
