拉夏貝爾(06116)原控股股東刑加興被判須向公司歸還950萬人幣 X

<匯港通訊> 拉夏貝爾(06116)宣布，公司近日收到上海市徐匯區人民法院就公司提起訴訟的一審判決書，上海湘安、上海合夏、邢加興於本判決生效之日起10日內歸還公司借款本金950萬人民幣(下同)，連同資金佔用利息損失。案件受理費8.44萬元由上海湘安、上海合夏、邢加興共同負擔。

截至目前該判決尚未生效執行，案件各方是否上訴尚存在不確定性，尚無法判定對公司本期利潤及期後利潤的影響，最終影響以最終判決結果及年度審計結果為準。

公司通過自查發現，公司原控股股東、實際控制人邢加興之一致行動人上海合夏存在佔用上市公司950萬元資金的情形。 (ST)
