中證監據報要求投行在二十大前 避免發政治敏感報告 X

<匯港通訊>   中共二十大本月16日在北京召開,《華爾街日報》引述知情人士指,中國證監會已通知在華經營的投資銀行,在二十大前避免發表含政治敏感內容的研究報告。但中證監回覆《華爾街日報》查詢時指,詢問內容不實,請勿傳播。

報道指出,高盛及摩根大通等屬中證監接觸的投行之列,他們近日都收到中證監的提醒;其中,摩通亞洲私人銀行部門的研究策略師,近日在一次內部電話會議獲告知暫時不要評論政治敏感話題。摩通近期除發表有關中美審計協議的報告,亦有報告分析內地爛尾樓業主拒還按揭貸款,會否引發類似2008年美國次按危機的「雷曼時刻」,但結論認為這個情況不太可能發生。 (BC)
