<匯港通訊>   中原(工商舖)資料顯示,最新九龍區整體指標商廈空置率錄得約11.73%,按月減低0.36個百分點,當中尖沙咀區寫字樓空置情況明顯改善,最新數字為10.17%,按月遞減1.64個百分點。

中原(工商舖)分析,九龍區寫字樓租金對比港島相宜,加上區內不乏優質商廈選擇,因此向來受本地企業追捧。但整體而言九龍區甲廈空置率仍處於偏高水平。租務大幅改善需取決於全面通關及經濟環境現曙光,預測九龍區甲廈租賃市場仍會在低位徘徊,空置情況仍會處於雙位數字,要待前景轉明朗才有起色。 (BC)
