聯交所: 中國網絡信息科技(08055)2月9日起取消上市地位 X

<匯港通訊>    聯交所宣布，由2月9日上午9時起，中國網絡信息科技(08055)的上市地位將根據《GEM 規則》第 9.14A 條予以取消。

中國網絡信息科技股份自2021年12月30日起已暫停買賣，而根據《GEM 規則》第 9.14A 條，若該公司未能於2022年12月29日或之前復牌，聯交所可將其除牌。

由於該公司未能於2022年12月29日或之前，履行聯交所訂下的復牌指引而復牌，於1月20日，GEM 上市委員會決定根據《GEM 規則》第 9.14A 條取消該公司股份在聯交所的上市地位。(JC)
