<匯港通訊>    世紀21奇豐物業表示，西貢逸瓏園第一座低層G室，實用面積668平方呎，屬2房2廳連儲物室「則王」間隔，望內園景及池景，原叫價860萬元，獲用家洽購，最終減6.3%，以新低價806萬元成交，呎價12066元，低市價8%。
 
據了解，原業主於2020年1月購入單位，當時作價990萬元，持貨3年至今轉售，帳面蝕184萬元，單位期內跌19%。    (CC)
