<匯港通訊>    中原地產表示，天水圍居屋天頌苑E座高層8室，實用面積650平方呎，3房套房間隔，居二市場叫價468萬元，經買家洽購下，以未補地價438萬元成交，呎價6738元。買家為九龍公屋租戶，將屆退休年齡，因希望退休生活可以接近大自然，故決定搬到天水圍。
