<匯港通訊>     茂宸集團(00273)預期於截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度之虧損約4.2億至4.6億元，而截至二零二一年十二月三十一日止年度錄得之虧損約港幣7.364億元。

綜合虧損預期減少，主要是由於採取嚴格的成本控制措施，營運成本較去年同期減少； 聯營公司經營業績改善令聯營公司權益之減值虧損減少；及並無於去年同期確認應收關聯方款項的壞帳撥備。
