上月僅1個住宅項目申預售樓花同意書 涉及45伙 X

<匯港通訊>    地政總署資料顯示，1月只有1個住宅項目申請預售樓花同意書，涉及45伙，按月減少97%，為去年2月零申請以來最少。該項目為九龍太子道西296號項目，預計關鍵日期2025年12月31日。

上月有3個項目獲批預售樓花同意書，涉及1770個單位，包括新地(00016)屯門NOVO LAND第2A期及第2B期，分別提供929及729伙；以及麗新發展(00488)元朗大旗嶺項目，涉及112伙。

截至1月底，待批預售樓花單位共涉及19843伙，按月減少1725伙或8%。
