<匯港通訊>       地政總署今日（22日）公布，將公開招標出售在2023至24年度賣地計劃內位於新界東涌第106B區的東涌市地段第55號用地。招標於9月29日(星期五)開始，10月27日截標。

東涌市地段第55號的地盤面積約1.0648萬平方米，指定作私人住宅用途。最低樓面面積為2.2361萬平方米，最高樓面面積3.7268萬平方米。 (ST)
