「凱和山」首輪售出33伙 X

<匯港通訊>     由路勁地產集團有限公司及深圳控股(00604)發展的「凱和山」今日首輪銷售，截至下午5時為止，合共售出33伙，當中有一組家庭客斥資逾800萬港元購入2伙1房單位自住。

路勁地產銷售及市場推廣副總監陳健聰日表示：「今日出席凱和山的買家以年輕人士及自住為主，鍾情於項目的建築設計、實用間隔及會所設施，而受惠於昨日放寬按保以及項目附合短樓花期的要求，近三成買家選擇即供付款計劃。儘管參觀人流持續，惟近期樓市受困於內外經濟環境影響，加上期待下月施政報告會有新的減辣或利好消息，市場觀望味濃厚，集團會待明日推出招標單位後總結市況，再部署下一輪銷售計劃。」 （BC)
