政府本財年首7個月財赤1729億元 財政儲備增至6619億元 X

<匯港通訊>     政府公布，本財政年度首7個月錄得1729億港元赤字，

政府指，截至10月底止的7個月，整體開支為4139億港元，收入為1744億港元。計入在政府綠色債券計劃下發行的綠債所得666億港元收入後，財政赤字1729億港元。
 
政府發言人表示，截至10月份的赤字主要是由於薪俸稅及利得稅等主要收入均大多在財政年度的後期收取。
 
財政儲備在2023年10月底增加至6619億港元。 (ST)
