<匯港通訊> 全美不動產協會(NAR)數據顯示，美國10月二手樓待完成銷售指數為71.4，按月跌1.5%，市場原估計會下跌2%。9月則升1%。

與去年同期比較，指數下跌8.5%。（BC)
