長實(01113)Blue Coast II 24小時內上樓書短期內開價 X

<匯港通訊> 長實(01113)港島南港鐵站項目、位於香港仔及鴨脷洲香葉道11號「Blue Coast II」今日公布最新部署，長實營業部助理首席經理楊桂玲表示，即將於24小時內上樓書，料短期內開價，首批將先推出第5座單位。Blue Coast II屬於第3及第5座，提供558伙。

長實營業部首席經理郭子威表示，受減息推動下，近來市場氣氛較旺，成交量比上月增加2成，料樓市轉好，整體入市信心增強。

他指出，市場的變化對該項目的定價有一定參考，因此會將定價提升10%，調整至市場的合理價。 (LF)
