<匯港通訊>              帝國科技集團(00776)宣布，配售最多6220.72萬股股份，佔擴大後股本約16.67%，配售價每股1.79元，較今日收市價2.16元折讓約17.13%，所得款項總額將約為1.11億元，淨額約1.097億元，其中約9973.7萬元擬用於償還該公司結欠之貸款，及約1000萬元用作一般營運資金。(WH)
