<匯港通訊>          資本界金控(00204)宣布，配售最多1.729億股新股，佔擴大後股本約16.67%，配售價每股0.36元，較今日收市價0.445元折讓約19.1%，所得款項總額6230萬元，淨額約6040萬元，擬將用作可能不時物色的未來投資機遇、償還借款及集團一般營運資金。(WH)
