<匯港通訊>           復興亞洲(00274)宣布，向認購方 Victor Arise Limited 發行本金額300萬元可換股債券。年利率6%。

初步兌換價每股0.22元，悉數行使將發行合共約1363.64萬股兌換股份，佔擴大後股本約2.29%，所得款項淨額約290萬元，擬用作支付專業費用及日常營運開支。(WH)
