《公司盈警》麗豐控股(01125)料全年度虧損收窄 X

<匯港通訊>         麗豐控股(01125)發盈警，預期截至2024年7月31日止年度公司擁有人應佔綜合虧損較去年同期約5.847億元，大幅減少不少於50%。

虧損大幅減少（部份已被稅項支出的增加所抵銷），主要由於今年度內已落成投資物業及在建中投資物業的建築成本有所節省致使投資物業公平值增值；其他經營費用淨額減少﹔及行政費用減少。(WH)
