筲箕灣「傲華」有機會短期內開新價單 料農曆新年前開售 X

<匯港通訊>      協成行位於筲箕灣全新發展項目「ORIA傲華」，今日首度開放現樓示範單位予傳媒參觀。

協成行發展有限公司副董事總經理方添輝表示，項目明日起開放示範單位給地產代理及預約人士參觀，有機會短期內開新價單，銷售安排有望於農曆新年前進行。價格將因應市況，參考同區一手樓盤的價格。項目有機會下調價格，有開放式單位有機會低於350萬。新價單不少於50個單位，希望有大手客。

至於樓市狀況，他表示，希望明年樓市好轉，可能會升2-3%。
