<匯港通訊>         阜博集團(03738)宣布，建議發行本金額1.558億元可換股債券。

根據可換股債券的初始換股價並假設可換股債券按其初始換股價悉數轉換，可換股債券將轉換為41,000,000股股份，佔擴大後股本約1.76%，初始換股價3.8元，較周五收市價每股3.32元溢價約14.5%。所得款項淨額約1.52億元，其中約75%用於投資用途及25%用於一般營運資金。 (WH)
