<匯港通訊>        雲白國際(00030)宣布，配售最多1,359,982,832股新股，配售價每股0.116元，較周五收市價0.145元折讓約20%，所得款項淨額約1.56億元，其中約60%用於支持國際業務發展的相關成本，尤其是在東南亞國家聯盟（東盟）的OEM/ODM製造及服務、產品營銷及銷售、產品註冊、在東盟開發貿易網絡、在東盟開發保健食品網絡；及配售事項估計所得淨額的40%用作一般營運資金及於未來機會出現時用於集團的投資╱擴張。 (WH)
