<匯港通訊>           CHEVALIER INT'L (00025)宣布，以總代價13,650,000加元（約75,075,000港元），出售位於加拿大安大略省斯卡伯勒市帕斯莫爾大道350號的土地和房產，目前受租約和其士租約的約束。

Egerson 持有並管理一批聯屬另類投資者，主要在歐洲和北美積極投資於房地產、私募股權和上市證券。唯一股東為 Roland K. Staub 。

於出售事項完成時，預期集團將就出售事項錄得除稅前未經審核虧損約760,000加元（約4,180,000港元）。 (WH)
