<匯港通訊>        瑞和數智(03680)宣布，配售最多1.3億股股份，佔擴大後股本約16.44%，配售價每股0.301元，較今日收市價0.37元折讓約18.65%，所得款項總額約3910萬元，淨額約3860萬元，其中約80%用於償還集團借款，約20%用作一般營運資金以支持業務營運。 (WH)
