<匯港通訊>          中聯發展控股(00264)宣布，配售最多2000萬股股份，佔擴大後股本約4.42%，配售價每股1.78元，較周五收市價1.9元折讓約6.32%，所得款項總額約3560萬元，淨額約3470萬元用於充實一般營運資金及增強集團財務狀況，其中約1100萬元用於購買皮革製造以及皮革及機動車發動機延伸清潔服務相關的材料、設備及費用成本；約1000萬元用作一般營運資金；約850萬元將用於償付結欠應付款項，餘下用作一般營運資金。 (WH)
