Palantir CEO Alex Karp 出售持股 套現逾5000萬美元 X

<匯港通訊>  大數據公司 Palantir 披露,其行政總裁(CEO)Alex Karp 出售總值逾5000萬美元的持股。

根據公告,有關售股行動在周二及周三進行,每股作價介乎125.26-127.7美元,出售的股份與管理層獎勵計劃有關。Karp 最新持有643萬股,市值為7.87億美元。

另外,公司共同創辦人之一、科技總監桑卡爾(Shyam Sankar)及總裁科恩(Stephen Cohen),也分別出售價值2100萬美元及4350萬美元的股份。 (BC)
