貝森特:美國財政部有工具應對債市波動 X

<匯港通訊>  美國國庫券市場近期波動,有分析指債市波動與稅收立法有關,不過,財長貝森特加以否認,稱債市波動與稅收立法有關是錯誤的想法,並稱財政部有工具來應對債市混亂,承諾將進行「補充槓桿率」(SLR)改革,以壓低國債孳息率。

貝森特表示,已經非常接近調整 SLR,SLR 可能會在夏季出現變化,這可能會影響到美國債市,債息或被壓低數十個基點。

貝森特稱,財政部已經暫停成立主權財富基金的程序,直至處理完所有其他事項,強調有辦法擠壓抵押貸款利率與美國國債孳息率之間的息差。 (BC)
