歐盟對 Shien 銷售產品涉違規調查據報有進展 X

<匯港通訊>  外電引述消息人士透露,歐盟委員會將於下周,公布對中國快時尚服裝銷售平台希音(Shein)涉嫌違反產品安全及其他消費者法例事宜的調查結果。意味歐盟對 Shein 的調查進入新階段,可能是公布罰款的前奏。

根據報道,歐盟下周將對 Shein 發出一般立場書,是進入新階段調查的必須步驟。如果 Shein 不與歐盟協商解決有關指控的方案,下一步將面對被判罰款,最高金額是平台在歐盟地區內銷售額的4%。不過,歐盟暫不會公開有關細節,有關安排也可能有變。

歐盟是在2月宣布,對 Shein 及拼多多旗下 Temu 銷售貨品涉及不安全的事宜啟動調查。
