<匯港通訊>        亞洲聯合基建控股(00711)發盈警，預期截至2025年3月31日止年度將錄得淨虧損不超過275,000,000元，而集團於截至2024年3月31日止年度則錄得股東應佔純利約72,000,000元。

轉盈為虧主要由於集團於今年度以審慎態度進行重新評估，由於集團若干項目的收回存在不確定性，故撇銷該等項目的合約資產，此為根據香港財務報告準則所進行的非現金會計處理；及因應集團旨在優化資產運用及提升營運效率的戰略政策，而於上一年度出售租賃土地所獲變現收益所致。 (WH)
