<匯港通訊>         中加國信(00899)發盈警，預期截至2025年3月31日止年度將錄得綜合虧損淨額不少於4.5億港元，2024年同期綜合虧損淨額約1970萬港元。

預期綜合虧損淨額增加主要是由於（其中包括）由於泉水開探業務商業化生產初期開始，導致銷售成本增加；投資物業的公平值虧損；無形資產的減值虧損增加；及應佔聯營公司權益的減值虧損增加。 (WH)
