<匯港通訊>        VICON HOLDINGS (03878)發盈警，預期截至2025年3月31日止年度將錄得稅後溢利不超過約490萬元，而截至2024年3月31日止年度稅後溢利則約為830萬元，稅後溢利減少約40.9%。

預期溢利下降主要由於上一年度，集團完成若干合同金額相對較高的項目；今年度，行業內激烈的競爭影響新獲授項目的合同價格，導致利潤率較低；及今年度新開工的項目處於起始階段，對集團的收益貢獻較小。 (WH)
