太平洋航運(02343)完成贖回債券 X

<匯港通訊>     太平洋航運(02343)宣布，繼公司於上月11日發出贖回通知後，持有本金總額為1110萬美元的債券持有人已行使其轉換權。公司已於昨日(14日)(即贖回日)按本金的100%全額贖回剩餘未償還本金30萬美元，並支付應計但尚未支付的利息。

截至公告日期，公司確認並無任何尚未贖回的債券。公司已向香港聯交所申請撤回債券的上市地位。該撤回預期將於8月25日交易時段結束後生效。 (ST)
