<匯港通訊>    都都控股(08250)宣布，於8月6日至15日期間，公司通過其間接全資持有之附屬公司越盛進行一連串場內交易，以出售合共200萬股粵海投資(00270)，佔粵海投資股份總數約0.031%，平均價格介乎每股6.926元至7.1元，總代價約為1396.5萬元(不含交易成本)，擬用作集團之一般營運資金。集團預期將從出售事項中確認收益約216.2萬元。 (ST)
