<匯港通訊>    NIRAKU(01245)以總代價9.01億日圓(相當於約4780萬港元)收購位於日本神奈川縣足柄下郡箱根町宮城野的土地及樓宇，連同資產。土地包括位於宮城野的4個獨立地段。土地總面積約為6,691.00平方米。建於土地上的樓宇包括3幢樓宇及2個附屬構築物，總樓面面積約為1,959.81平方米。樓宇建成為一間度假酒店，目前以「Hakone Elecasa Hotel & Spa(箱根エレカーサ)」名義經營。

NIRAKU再以總代價11.66億日圓(相當於約6180萬港元)出售位於日本神奈川縣足柄下郡箱根町宮城野的土地及樓宇，連同資產。 (WL)
