<匯港通訊>    中國綠地博大綠澤(01253)建議每十(10)股合併為一(1)股。每手買賣單位將為12,000股。

董事會建議將公司的中文名稱由「中國綠地博大綠澤集團有限公司」更改為「中國綠博生態科技集團有限公司」及公司的英文名稱由「China Greenland Broad Greenstate Group Company Limited」更改為「China Green Broad Ecological Technology Company Limited」。 (WL)
