<匯港通訊>    富盈環球集團(01620)出售BVTEHC Inc.的全部已發行股本，代價為300萬加元。

BVTEHC Inc.為一間根據加拿大安大略省法律註冊成立的投資控股公司，而Tour East Canada為其全資擁有及主要經營附屬公司。Tour East Canada主要於加拿大從事機票分銷、旅遊業務流程管理以及提供旅遊產品及服務。

交易的所得款項淨額約為1580萬港元將用作提升集團的營運資金及流動狀況。 (WL)
