配售股份佔經配發及發行配售股份擴大後的公司已發行股本約16.67%。

配售事項所得款項總額將為約3843萬港元，而所得款項總淨額將約為3800萬港元。董事會擬將全部所得款項淨額用作集團的營運資金。 (WL)
