<匯港通訊>    悟喜生活(08148)以每股0.59港元之配售76,358,400股。

配售股份相當於經配發及發行配售股份擴大後之公司已發行股本約16.67%。

配售價較股份於最後交易日收市價0.73港元折讓約19.18%。

配售事項所得款項總額將約為4510萬港元，而配售事項所得款項淨額將約為4400萬港元。公司擬按以下方式動用所得款項淨額:(i)不少於70%用於擴展集團的產品銷售業務;及(ii)餘下用作集團一般營運資金。 (WL)
