「海德園」第1期加推60伙 折實683.7萬元起 X

<匯港通訊>   太古地產(01972)與中華汽車(00026)合作的柴灣住宅項目「海德園」第1期，加推第2張價單，涉及60個單位，折實售價683.7-2020.8萬港元，折實呎價1.5651-2.2479萬港元。

是次加推的60個單位，包括11個1房、46個2房及3個3房單位，實用面積418-899方呎。

「海德園」第1期早前推出第一張價單共120個單位，並於上周三(8月27日)接受購樓意向登記，截至昨日(8月30日)已收到超過1800份購樓意向登記，超額認購14倍。
 
太古地產住宅業務董事杜偉業表示，自「海德園」展銷廳開放，以及接受購樓意向登記以來，市場反應非常熱烈；第2張價單包括多元化的開揚景觀、單位戶型及面積選擇。集團正積極進行銷售部署，對「海德園」的銷情充滿信心。（BC)
