<匯港通訊> 由新世界發展(00017)夥拍帝國集團、資本策略地產(00497)、麗新發展(00488)及港鐵公司(00066)合作發展的港島南岸第5A及第5B期全新地標豪宅「滶晨II」銷情持續，單日再售出12伙，套現逾1.54億港元，其中第2座30樓A單位，實用面積588平方呎，屬兩房連書房設計，售價1416.8萬港元，呎價2.4095萬港元。

「滶晨」及「滶晨II」銷情持續，開售至今合共售出573伙，當中不乏名人及本地富豪家族大手入市，約70%選用即供付款方法，平均成交呎價近2.7萬港元，共套現逾99億港元。（BC)
