盛京銀行(02066)要約價增至1.6元 下周一復牌 X

<匯港通訊>         盛京銀行(02066)宣布，為了就股東接納提供更大財務激勵，提升要約的成功概率，要約人將把初始 H 股要約價由每股 H 股1.32港元增加至每股 H 股1.6港元，相當於每股 H 股提高0.28港元。初始內資股要約價將由每股內資股1.2元人民幣，增加至1.45元人民幣。

最終 H 股要約價每股1.6港元，較停牌前收市價每股1.14港元溢價約40.35%。假設要約獲全數接納，要約人根據要約及最終要約價應付的總現金代價將約為3,596,733,600港元（就 H 股要約而言）及4,747,092,175.85元人民幣（就內資股要約而言）。

股份將於9月15日起復牌。 (WH)
