<匯港通訊>        東吳水泥(00695)宣布，已獲一名控股股東由非執行董事蔣學明持有的 Goldview Development Limited 於9月12日分別向港航香港及汾源資本出售154,560,000股及49,680,000股股份，佔已發行股份28%及9%，代價3.774億元人民幣。

建議交易完成後，港航香港持有已發行股份28%，成為該公司主要股東；Goldview 持有已發行股份約16.89%，將不再為該公司控股股東。 (WH)
