<匯港通訊>           慧源同創科技(01116)發盈警，預期截至2025年6月30日止年度將錄得公司權益擁有人應佔淨虧損約40,000,000元至60,000,000元人民幣(下同)，2024年同期公司權益擁有人應佔溢利則為約140,000,000元至160,000,000元。

集團於2024年度之業績由公司權益擁有人應佔虧損14,700,000元經重述，主要因為於2024年度撥回承兌票據結餘及取消附屬公司綜合入賬之收益。 (WH)
