《公司盈警》大象未來集團(02309)料全年度虧損擴大 X

<匯港通訊>       大象未來集團(02309)發盈警，預期截至2025年6月30日止年度將錄得公司擁有人應佔虧損約320,000,000港元，去年同期公司擁有人應佔虧損約182,800,000港元。

虧損增加主要由於回顧年內 Birmingham City Football Club 於本賽季降級至英格蘭足球甲級聯賽，導致廣播收入減少；貸款增加推動融資成本上升；球會經營開支增加，主要由於球賽日開支增加，以及維修及保養基礎設施及設備升級完成後，物業、廠房及設備折舊增加；由於購買新球員導致無形資產攤銷增加；由於聯營公司的經營開支增加，導致分佔聯營公司虧損增加；及汽車業務的銷售及營銷開支、研發成本以及行政開支增加，惟部分被於年內錄得金融資產公平值變動之收益；以及球會之球賽日收入及商業收入增加所抵銷。 (WH)
