<匯港通訊>         從玉智農(00875)宣布，配售最多91,021,689股股份，佔擴大後股本約16.7%，配售價每股0.29元，較9月12日收市價0.335元折讓約13.4%，所得款項總額26,400,000港元，淨額約25,900,000港元，其中約15,000,000港元（即所得款項淨額約57.9%）用於償還貸款；約8,000,000港元（即所得款項淨額約30.9%）用於發展農業垂直電商平台及農業低空經濟；及約2,900,000港元（即所得款項淨額約11.2%）用於集團一般營運資金。 (WH)
