<匯港通訊>      贏家時尚(03709)與德林控股(01709)聯合宣布，雙方訂立戰略合作及投資協議，贏家時尚向德林控股配售4,600,000股股份，而德林控股與贏家已根據戰略合作就 RWA 代幣化計劃達成整體框架及方向共識。

配售股份佔擴大後股本約0.65%，配售價每股6.5元，較9月12日收市價8元折讓約18.75%。 (WH)
