順騰國際控股(00932)獲主要每股0.024元提要約全購 X

<匯港通訊> 順騰國際控股(00932)宣布，要約人主席兼執行董事張少輝持有的 Leading Virtue Holdings Limited，以總代價為17,616,960港元，收購合計734,040,033股股份，張以代價768,000港元，向 Hammer Capital Consulting 收購32,000,000股股份，總代價為18,384,960港元。

緊接完成後，要約人及其一致行動人士持有已發行股份約48.8%，現金要約價每股0.024元，較9月12日收市價0.03港元折讓約20%。要約人根據要約應付的最高付款責任將為38,192,626港元。

要約人擬維持股份於聯交所上市。 (WH)
